Players kick off by funding a starter Barn with a small deposit of 100 $S. This initial setup comes with a free Hay Barn you can claim plus an Animal, so you can dive straight into the MilkIt network and start earning $MILK.
From there, you grow your operation entirely using $MILK tokens—buying more hard-working animals and upgrading your Barn to boost your facility’s efficiency and Milk Power. Your milking earnings accumulate continuously and are ready for withdrawal whenever you choose.
MilkIt incorporates both deflationary pressure and viral growth incentives through its referral and burn mechanics:
Burn Mechanic: 75% of all Animal purchases and Barn facility upgrades are permanently burned, reducing total supply over time.
Referral Rewards: 2.5% of all mined rewards are allocated to the miner's referring address, creating a sustainable incentive for user-driven onboarding.
MilkIt also implements another $MILK sustainability feature — The Animals Syndicate Fee:
Each claim of $MILK requires a contribution of 15% of its value in $S. This will be used towards upcoming features and support of every Milkman and their animals out there.
